We pack and ship your orders about twice a week at varying dates. While we are working to get back to a clear schedule, we cannot provide that at this time. 

To most countries, we currently ship with UPS, as they have recently improved their rates and we have good experiences with them internationally.

Reflection time / return

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and in in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Pay attention:
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.

We are so happy to be able to provide to you the all time favorite string in Kendama: Dazzle-it Lovely Knots 1mm, in various colors.

The bobbins feature at least 45 meters of string, which is enough for at least 60  Kendamas!

Using this string helps you in the following situations:

• Improving your current Kendama string: this Kendama string tangles less during playing compared to other Kendama string
• Make your string the desired length (longer is often better)
• Make it easier to learn new tricks, such as juggling tricks
