United States
Shipping to the United States is priced on the value of the order, because United States import duty is a percentage of what the goods are worth rather than a flat fee per parcel. The price includes the customs duty and the import fees. You pay it once at checkout and there is nothing to pay when the parcel is delivered.

Guam is not covered by the table above and ships at 51.21€. Duty and import fees are not included for Guam.
Where a price says "from", there is more than one carrier to choose between at checkout and the faster one costs more.
If your country is not in the tables above we cannot ship there at the moment. Write to us anyway and we will tell you whether we can arrange something.
We pack and ship every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed before 15:00 Amsterdam time on a shipping day go out the same day, and everything else goes on the next shipping day.
Most parcels go with UPS. Some destinations go with PostNL, and a few offer DHL Express as a faster option. You choose between them at checkout wherever there is more than one.
If we have questions about the order you placed, such as about fulfilling your special request, we will try to contact you right away. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed.
Would you for one reason or another prefer that we send your package with another carrier? Please contact us as soon as possible before or after placing your order.

Reflection time / return
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and in in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Pay attention:
The reflection period does not apply to products that you buy on the street, at home or during day trips for less than 50 euros.
