We pack and ship your orders about twice a week at varying dates. While we are working to get back to a clear schedule, we cannot provide that at this time. 

To most countries, we currently ship with UPS, as they have recently improved their rates and we have good experiences with them internationally.

Reflection time / Return

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Incorrect address and refused deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to accept delivery, or refusal of the shipment, and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the direct return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Refunds in such cases will be processed after the returned goods have been received.

• Wenge Tip
  Rich in black and brown contrasts, Wenge is known for its hardness and resistance to crushing. Its balanced tone complements other woods beautifully, offering a unique setting like no other.

• Padauk (Karin) Tip
  With a deep, purplish reddish-brown hue, Padauk is dense, hard, and scratch-resistant. It offers impressive durability against impacts and a silky-smooth feel as it enters the tama hole.
  Note: Changed from Granadillo due to wood availability.

• Maple Tip
  A classic and reliable choice, Maple provides ideal hardness for consistent performance without compromising technique. It offers stability and a sense of control — perfect for any player.

Assembly Instructions

The INFINITY Kendama breaks down into four key components: Tama, Cup Body, Spike, and Grip.

1. Identify the two holes in the Cup Body — a through hole and a string hole.
2. Thread the string through the Tama’s hole and tie a knot securely.
3. Gently pull the string and insert the Spike into the Cup Body, ensuring the engraved groove aligns with the string.
4. Attach the Spike (with a pre-fitted screw) to the Grip.
5. Twist the Grip clockwise to tighten. Reverse (counterclockwise) to loosen.
6. Tighten until the engraved letter on the Spike and the logo on the Grip are fully covered.
7. Important: Do not overtighten — excessive force may damage the wood.
