We pack and ship your orders about twice a week at varying dates. While we are working to get back to a clear schedule, we cannot provide that at this time. 

To most countries, we currently ship with UPS, as they have recently improved their rates and we have good experiences with them internationally.

Reflection time / Return

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Incorrect address and refused deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to accept delivery, or refusal of the shipment, and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the direct return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Refunds in such cases will be processed after the returned goods have been received.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person outside of distance selling, such as street sales or events, where applicable under law.

Gebruik deze lijm om je spikes scherp te houden wanneer:

- Je wilt dat spiken zo gemakkelijk blijft als bij een verse Kendama
- Je beter wilt worden in Kendama, doordat je progressie niet vertraagd wordt door een platte spike
- Je wilt dat je Ken beter inspeelt
- Je wilt dat je Kendama langer mee gaat

De punt van je Kendama lijmen is een must voor elke speler. Je kan onze service gebruiken om ons de punt te laten lijmen, maar als je meerdere Kendama's speelt is het beter om het zelf te doen en bij te kunnen werken met het potje lijm wanneer dit nodig is.

Als je al een Kendama met platte punt hebt, is het verstandig om deze scherp te schuren en vervolgens weer te lijmen. Dit maakt je Kendama leven een stuk prettiger.

Dit is secondelijm om je Kendama te onderhouden. Het wordt vooral gebruikt om een laagje lijm aan te brengen op de punt van de Kendama, waardoor deze na weken spelen net zo scherp blijft als wanneer de Kendama nieuw is. Een goed gevormde punt is essentiëel voor iedere Kendama speler.

Er is maar 1 situatie waarin de speler geen lijm zou willen gebruiken: Als je de Border Balance trick doet. Hierbij balanceer je de Ken met de punt op de Tama en de lijm maakt dit erg lastig. Spelers die deze trick doen hebben vaak 1 Kendama met een platte punt die hier goed voor is en de rest lijmen ze alsnog.
