SMS notifications

Kendama Senses sends text messages only about an order you have already placed with us.

When you check out, you give us a phone number for the delivery, and we use it for delivery matters only. In practice that means one situation: when the email address on your order stops working and our emails about your parcel bounce back to us. We then text you to ask for an email address that works, so we can send you your tracking.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and there is no list to join.

How often: rarely. Most customers never get a text from us at all.

To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@kendamasenses.nl.
